This cozy cottage is located only 150 meters from the beach on the south side of Sjællands Odde.
The house contains a large and practical kitchen-dining room and a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, from which there is access to the large terrace area and the garden. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is 1 bathroom with underfloor heating. There is a washing machine.
The house is usable all year round and is heated energy-friendly with an air-to-air heat pump and for cozy moments there is a wood-burning stove.
On the large plot there is good opportunity for ball games and play, as well as good opportunities to explore nature, which offers a rich wildlife.
It is only 150 meters to the beach to the south, where there is a bathing jetty, and it is 600 meters to the north-facing coast. The area offers lots of beautiful and wild nature with plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling, kayaking, underwater hunting and fishing. The area is a true mecca for nature lovers and anglers, where you are in the middle of nature and can hear the wind in the trees and the waves hitting the shore.
Visit the cosy harbours in the area such as Havnebyen on Sjællands Odde or the harbors in Nykøbing Sj. or Rørvig, where there is plenty of harbor atmosphere as well as places to eat and shopping. Also visit the many fantastic beaches in Odsherred, which are among Denmark’s best and most child-friendly.
With children, the Sommerland Zealand amusement park is an obvious excursion destination. Anneberg Kulturpark is also within driving distance with a wide range of cultural offerings. From the house, it is only 1 hour and 20 minutes’ drive to Copenhagen with the opportunity to experience the capital’s many sights and attractions. There is a ferry connection to Aarhus with the opportunity to experience the city on a day trip.
